sound familiar?

The jobs that quietly eat your week.

My team spends hours copying data from one tool into another.

Our orders, bookings or stock live in a spreadsheet that keeps breaking.

Customers wait hours for answers we've given a hundred times.

Everything we know is buried in PDFs and old emails nobody can search.

Our website looks dated and doesn't bring in any business.

Nodded at any of these? That's exactly the kind of problem I fix.

services · what I build

Software built around how your business already works.

No off the shelf tool that half fits. I build exactly what you need and connect it to the tools you already use.

Websites and web apps

Fast, clean websites that bring in customers, and web apps that take orders, bookings or payments online. Built to work on every phone and easy for you to update.

good for · getting found and getting paid online

Custom business systems

Ordering, booking, stock and client portals built around the way you work. Retire the spreadsheet that keeps breaking and see everything in one place.

good for · businesses run on spreadsheets

Automations and integrations

Take the repetitive work off your team. Data entry, sorting emails, chasing invoices, moving information between tools. Connected up so it all runs on its own.

good for · teams buried in admin

AI, where it actually helps

Assistants that answer questions from your own documents, and software that reads photos, scans and forms so people don't have to. Only where it saves real time.

good for · the same questions and paperwork, every day

results · problems I've solved

Real problems. Real numbers.

small business clients · Projekt Rising
600 hrs

of manual work cut every month

The problem. Staff at several small businesses spent their days copying and pasting between tools.

What I built. I mapped each team's workflow, found the repeat steps and built automations that run them on their own, connected to the data each business already had.

charity · Samaritan's Purse
£10k

of orders for 50 groups, no spreadsheet

The problem. Every order for discounted gift boxes went through one fragile spreadsheet.

What I built. On my own, an online order form, automatic payment and confirmation, and a live stock dashboard with low stock alerts.

a dozen

or so AI agents replace a founder's whole manual process

The problem. The founder was screening every candidate by hand.

What I built. AI agents that do the screening, with bias audits and evidence checks so every decision traces back to its source. Tested and fixed across three rounds of real runs.

of manuals turned into one place to ask

The problem. One answer could be spread across dozens of technical documents that reference each other.

What I built. A system that reads every manual, maps how they connect and lets engineers ask questions in plain English.

about · who you'd be working with

Hi, I'm Soma.

I'm a software engineer based in the UK. I build websites, business systems, automations and AI tools, and I've built for National Highways, startups, small businesses and a charity. I've also founded and run my own software company with paying clients, so I know a tool has to earn its keep.

My clients care about one thing. Does it save time and money? That's what I build for. You deal with me directly from the first call to launch day.

faq · straight answers

Questions owners ask me.

Something else on your mind? Ask it on the free call.

Do I need to understand tech?

No. You explain the problem in your own words. I handle the tech and explain what I built in plain English.

How much does it cost?

One-off projects get a fixed quote after the free call, based on how complex the job is, so you know the price before any work starts. If you want ongoing help, you can keep me on monthly for £600.

How long does it take?

It depends on the job, and your written plan gives you a timeline up front. You see working progress every week, so you're never left guessing.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Usually yes. I connect to what you already have, like your email, spreadsheets, CRM or online shop, so your team doesn't have to switch.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, the accounts and the data are all yours.

Is my data safe?

Yes. I've built software under financial data security standards, and I only touch the data the job needs.

What if something breaks after launch?

I fix it. Every project comes with support after launch, and you can keep me on monthly if you want ongoing help.
